Why can't I stream sound from my iOS device to my hearing aids?

Find solutions to various issues with streaming phone calls, music, or audio to your hearing aids from your iPad, iPhone, or Mac computer.

Before you start

1
  • Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the Philips HearLink 2 app for the latest performance and stability.
  • If you use more than one iOS device with your hearing aids, it is important that your devices all have the same iOS version installed, and they all use the same Apple ID. This will help to avoid problems with streaming.
