Rubber domes or Grip Tips are the standard earpieces of behind-the-ear style hearing aids. They ensure a secure fit in your ear canal.

You should not clean domes and Grip Tips, but simply replace them instead. We recommend replacing domes and Grip Tips at least once a month, or as directed by your hearing care professional.
How to remove domes and Grip Tips
Hold the speaker or end of the thin tube securely and pull the earpiece off.
How to replace domes and Grip Tips
Place the speaker or end of the thin tube exactly in the middle of the new earpiece.
Push firmly to fasten the earpiece securely.
