Philips HearLink hearing aids are Made for iPhone, iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad, iPad mini, and iPod touch.

You can directly connect your hearing aids to your smartphone or other device without an accessory, so you can stream audio, answer phone calls, adjust settings, and more.

Philips HearLink hearing aids are also compatible with Android™ devices.

Bi-directional streaming (hands-free communication) is available with iPhone 11 or later, iPad Pro 12.9-inch (5th generation and 4th generation), iPad Pro 11-inch (3rd generation and 2nd generation), iPad Air (4th generation), and iPad mini (6th generation), with software updates iOS 15.2 and iPadOS 15.2 or later. Hands-free communication requires minimum firmware 1.3.0 on your hearing aids.

Android

Philips HearLink 9030, 7030, 5030, 3030, 2030 hearing aids support ASHA (Audio Streaming for Hearing Aids). With ASHA, you can stream audio from your mobile device directly to your hearing aids.

ASHA requires Android 10 or higher. But please be aware that not all devices with Android 10 and higher have ASHA support.

Please note, that Philips HearLink Connect app is compatible with devices with minimum 2 GB of RAM and running on the operating system iOS 13 or above, and Android 8.0 or above.

Philips HearLink Connect and Philips HearLink x030 family hearing aids require a mobile device with Bluetooth 4.2 or above.
