4. WHY DO WE COLLECT AND USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT IS OUR LEGAL BASIS FOR DOING SO?

If you are located in Canada, we collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
