How to adjust sound in the Philips HearLink 2 app while streaming
When you stream any music or audio to your hearing aids from a device such as your phone, Philips HearLink TV Adapter or Philips AudioClip, you can use the streaming equalizer to adjust the sound you hear.
Before you start
Get the Philips HearLink 2 app
Ensure you have the latest version of the Philips HearLink 2 app.

Pair your hearing aids with your phone or device
Once you've downloaded the Philips HearLink 2 app, you need to pair your hearing aids with your device.
Tap the Sound icon at the bottom left of your screen (on the tab bar) to access sound controls
Tap the Streaming equalizer icon
Slide the balls up and down the lines to adjust each of the frequency controls, for low, mid, or high frequencies
Note:
The streaming equalizer button is always visible on Apple devices and some Android devices. On other Android devices, the button only appears the first time you stream sound from your phone or other connected devices.
How to switch between streaming sources
You can use the app to switch between different sources for audio streaming, such as Philips HearLink TV Adapter and Philips AudioClip.
Tap the Sound icon at the bottom left of your screen (on the tab bar) to access sound controls
At the top of your screen (in the navigation bar), tap the down arrow, then tap Philips HearLink TV Adapter or Philips AudioClip
At the bottom of your screen, above the tab bar, tap the Devices button, which looks like a computer screen. The highlighted device is the one that is currently streaming.
Tap your desired streaming source on the list
