How to unpair hearing aids from Android™ devices
Learn how to make your Android device forget its connection to your hearing aids.
Sometimes, clearing the pairings on you device and then re-pairing them can solve connection problems.
Unpairing via the Philips HearLink 2 app
The recommended procedure to unpair the Philips HearLink 2 app from hearing aids is to use the Troubleshooting section in the app.
Ensure your phone has Bluetooth® turned on
Go to > Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices.
Choose the devices you want to clear and then select ‘Forget this device’.
Turn your hearing aids off and on again to restart the pairing process.

Unpairing via your Android device’s own settings
Go to to your phone’s Bluetooth settings:
Go to > Settings > Bluetooth.
Find your hearing aids in the list of Bluetooth devices connected to your Android device, and delete your hearing aids.
Clear the memory cache:
Go to > Settings > Application Manager.
Swipe to either the left or the right to view all the tabs.
Turn Bluetooth off.
Select the Bluetooth app.
Select “Force stop”.
Proceed to clear its cache.
Clear Bluetooth data.
